Skill Point Inc. is a Houston-based, women-owned workforce and leadership advisory firm providing services including fractional executive leadership, leadership pipeline design, workforce transformation strategy, and management training and upskilling programs.

3. Consultations and Engagements

• Free consultations booked through our website are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or declined at our discretion.
• Any paid engagement (advisory, fractional leadership, training, or otherwise) will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work (“SOW”) between Skill Point Inc. and the client, which will set out specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
• These Terms provide general website governance; specific commercial terms (payment schedule, deliverables, etc.) are defined per client in the SOW, not on this page.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed SOW, fees for Services are due according to the payment schedule specified in that agreement. Skill Point Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for paid engagements are governed by our Refund Policy. Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content – including text, graphics, logos, and materials – is the property of Skill Point Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, any frameworks, methodologies, templates, or proprietary tools used or created during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Skill Point Inc.; client-specific deliverables and reports are licensed to the client for internal use.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Skill Point Inc. provides advisory, coaching, and consulting services designed to support organizational and leadership development. While we draw on significant industry experience, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance metrics, as these depend on factors outside our control, including client implementation.

8. Confidentiality

Skill Point Inc. will treat client information shared during consultations and engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or separately agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skill Point Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our service offerings, website content, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, given Skill Point Inc.’s Houston, TX base.
